Common questions about merchant reviews, cash discount, and working capital.

Frequently asked questions

What is a merchant statement review?+

It is a free, line-by-line breakdown of your current merchant processing statement. Our team shows you what each fee is, what is necessary, and what may be reducible so you can make an informed decision about your setup.

Can you guarantee savings?+

No. We do not promise guaranteed savings. Every business is different, and processing costs depend on card mix, ticket size, volume, and industry. What our team does is show you exactly what you are paying today and walk you through your options.

What is cash discount pricing?+

Cash discount is a program where customers paying with cash receive a discount off the listed price. The listed price includes the cost of card acceptance. It must be clearly disclosed and posted to stay compliant.

What is dual pricing?+

Two prices are displayed side by side, one for cash and one for card, so the customer can choose before they pay. It is popular with restaurants, retail, and service businesses.

Is this the same as surcharging?+

No. Surcharging adds a fee on top of a card transaction and has its own rules. Cash discount and dual pricing display the price up front. Our team will walk through which model may work for your business and the applicable rules.

Do I need new equipment?+

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Many setups work with existing hardware. If new equipment is a better fit, our team will walk through modern countertop, wireless, mobile, and virtual terminal options.

Are there contracts?+

We prioritize month-to-month, no long-term contract options when available. Availability depends on the processor and program you ultimately choose.

Can every business qualify for working capital?+

No. Qualification depends on time in business, monthly revenue, processing history, and provider-specific criteria. Amounts range up to $200K through applicable providers. Approvals and amounts are not guaranteed.

How fast can I get reviewed?+

Most statement reviews turn around within a business day or two once our team has your recent merchant statement in hand.

What information do I need to send?+

A recent merchant processing statement is the most useful starting point. Our team will tell you exactly how to securely send it after you reach out.
